VIVA – Vienna Valentine
VIVA – Vienna Valentine ist ein dreitägiges internationales LGBTIQ+-Turnier in Wien, das alle zwei Jahre an einem Wochenende vor oder nach dem Valentinstag, also Mitte Februar, stattfindet. Es wird von den Sportvereinen Aufschlag Wien und Kraulquappen Wien organisiert und umfasst Volleyball- und Schwimmbewerbe. Das Event zieht Athlet:innen aus der ganzen Welt an und steht unter dem Motto "Break Ice. Break Records.". Es fördert Toleranz, Respekt und Solidarität. Abgesehen vom Sport gehören eine tolle After-Party und ein Brunch zum Programm jedes VIVA.

VIVA – Vienna Valentine is a three-day international LGBTIQ+ tournament in Vienna, held every two years on a weekend around Valentine’s Day in mid-February. It is organized by the sports clubs Aufschlag Wien and Kraulquappen Wien and features competitions in volleyball and swimming.
The event attracts athletes from around the world and takes place under the motto “Break Ice. Break Records.” It promotes tolerance, respect, and solidarity. Alongside the sports competitions, every VIVA also includes a great after-party and a shared brunch.

Das nächste VIVA findet von 13. bis 15. Februar 2027 in Wien statt.
Wir sind gerade in der Planung, aber so viel können wir schon sagen: Es wird wieder ein internationales LGBTIQ+-Turnier-Wochenende mit Sport, Begegnung und guter Stimmung. Aktuell planen wir Bewerbe in Schwimmen, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton und Tischtennis.

The next VIVA will take place from February 13 to 15, 2027 in Vienna.
We’re currently in the planning phase, but here’s what we can already share: it will once again be an international LGBTIQ+ tournament weekend filled with sports, connection, and a great atmosphere. At the moment, we’re planning competitions in swimming, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and table tennis.
